About EIM
Excellence Integrity Management has worked in oil and gas inspection, integrity and certification since 2004 — more than two decades in the same discipline rather than a broad services company that added it.
Most companies in this market do one side or the other. An inspection agency sells inspector days. A training provider sells courses. The gap between them is where problems live: inspectors who hold a certificate but have never seen the damage mechanism it describes, and integrity reports written by people who have never had to defend one to a regulator.
We run both deliberately. The engineers who carry out inspection and integrity assignments are the same people who write and deliver our certification training. That means the training uses field examples rather than textbook ones, and the field work is done by people who know how the code is examined rather than only how it is applied.
It also means we will tell you when you do not need us. If an enquiry for inspection days is really a capability gap, training is cheaper and we will say so. If a training request is really a headcount gap, no amount of teaching will close it.
We work from two offices — Dubai and Bengaluru — across the Gulf and India, drawing on an inspector and instructor network spread across the region. That is what lets us put someone local to a vendor’s works rather than flying a person in and billing you for the travel.

Both. We deliver third-party, vendor and in-service inspection alongside asset integrity work — corrosion control, damage mechanism review, risk-based inspection and fitness-for-service assessment. The training side exists because the same engineers who do that fieldwork also teach it.
Yes. On-site and in-house delivery is one of our main formats across the GCC and India, and the same courses run online for teams spread across locations. Details are on the corporate training page.
No. Certification is issued by API, AMPP and TWI directly, and candidates apply and book their own Prometric seat through them. Statutory certification sits with accredited certifying authorities. We prepare engineers for those exams and provide inspection and integrity services using certified personnel — but we do not award the certificates.
Twenty-five across three schemes: the full API inspector range including 510, 570, 653, 571, 577, 580, 936, 1169 and the SIFE and SIRE source inspector certifications; AMPP coating inspection and cathodic protection grades; and CSWIP 3.0 to 3.2 plus Plant Inspector.
