3.1. All payments must be made before the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed upon.
3.2. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our Refund Policy and only under the conditions mentioned therein.

4.2. Certificates will be issued based on the successful completion of courses and compliance with attendance requirements.

10. Access to Course Materials

10.1. Our training programs are primarily delivered as live-only sessions. Participants are expected to attend live unless it is explicitly stated in the course description that session recordings will be provided.

10.2. Access to course materials is subject to the course type. Materials may include notes, assignments, or reference documents. Presentation slides (PPTs), instructor slides, and in-session materials are not shared unless specifically stated.

10.3. Recordings will be provided only for select courses, and certain specialized programs (such as RBI and IOW) may not include recording access at all.

10.4. All materials, including documents, slides, and recordings (if any), are shared via a secure platform and are for personal use only. They must not be copied, recorded, forwarded, or redistributed without prior written consent from Excellence Integrity Management.

10.5. Any violation of this policy may result in termination of access to current and future sessions or materials, and possible legal action.
