About these terms

These terms cover your use of excellenceintegrity.com and anything you buy from Excellence Integrity Management ("EIM", "we"). By using the site or booking a service you accept them.

A course is a training programme. A batch is a specific scheduled run of a course. A question bank is digital practice material.

Your account

Give accurate information when you register, keep your login details confidential, and do not share access.

Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account.

Booking and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and, where offered, Indian rupees. Your booking is confirmed when we have received payment and sent you written confirmation, not when you submit a form.

We accept bank transfer, UPI, card and online payment. Where you pay offline your place is held once we confirm receipt. You are responsible for bank charges, currency conversion costs and any taxes that apply where you are.

Certification: please read this

Certifications are awarded by API, AMPP, TWI and other certifying organisations, not by us.

Examination fees are paid directly to the certifying body and are not included in our course fees. You apply for and book your own examination seat with them.

We prepare you for the examination and can guide you through eligibility and the application process. We cannot guarantee that you will pass. Certificates of attendance and CPD hours that we issue are our own documents and are not a substitute for certification by API, AMPP or TWI.

Where we provide inspection or asset integrity services, our reports are professional deliverables. They are not statutory certification, which sits with accredited certifying authorities.

Course delivery and recordings

Live sessions run at the times published for each batch, in the timezone stated. You need a working internet connection and the required software.

We may change a batch's dates, times or instructor where necessary. If we do, the Refund Policy sets out your options.

A recording may capture your voice, your video if your camera is on, your display name and your chat messages, and other participants on the same batch may see and hear you. If you would rather not appear, keep your camera off and use the chat. Tell us in advance if you have concerns and we will accommodate them where we can.

You may not download, copy, screenshot or redistribute a recording.

Materials and copyright

Everything we provide, including notes, slides, question banks, manuals, recordings, graphics and logos, belongs to EIM or our licensors. You may use it for your own learning. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish or create derivative works from it without our written consent.

Our newsletter, EIM Insights, may be circulated inside your organisation and printed for internal use. It may not be resold or re-badged.

Job listings and external links

Job listings in our newsletter and on our website are shared for information only. They are not sponsored by, endorsed by or affiliated with EIM. We do not verify them and we are not party to any application or employment arising from them. Please evaluate any opportunity independently.

We are not responsible for the content of external websites we link to.

Liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss including loss of profit, business or contracts, and we are not liable for your failure to pass a certification examination. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

We are also not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, war, civil unrest, strikes, epidemics, government action and failures of internet or telecommunications infrastructure. Where such an event prevents a batch running we will reschedule it or offer the options in our Refund Policy.

Suspension

We may withdraw your access without refund if you share account credentials, redistribute materials, behave abusively toward instructors or other participants, or breach these terms in another material way.

You may close your account at any time. Doing so does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.

Where a service is contracted with and invoiced by Excellence Integrity Management India Pvt. Ltd., that contract is governed by the laws of India and the courts of Bengaluru have jurisdiction.

Nothing here removes any right you have under consumer protection law where you live.

We may update these terms. The version published when you book applies to that booking.
