Who we are

Excellence Integrity Management ("EIM", "we") provides inspection, asset integrity, training and recruitment services to the oil and gas industry.

This website is operated by Excellence Integrity Management L.L.C-FZ, Business Centre 1, M-Floor, The Meydan Hotel, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. Where a service is invoiced by Excellence Integrity Management India Pvt. Ltd. (Bengaluru), that company is responsible for the information relating to that transaction.

What we collect

• When you contact us or book something: your name, email address, phone number, and where relevant your company and job title.
• When you send us your CV: your professional background and the certifications you hold.
• When you buy a course: a payment reference and the amount. We do not store card numbers.
• When you use your account: the courses you have bought, the question banks you have accessed, the batches you attended, and certificates issued to you.
• When you study: how many minutes you spend on notes, practice, mock tests and flashcards, counted only while the page is open and in use, and the time you take on each practice question.
• When you report an exam result: the result, the exam date, and your score and certificate number if you give them, plus any result letter you upload. The letter is stored privately and seen only by our staff, to confirm the result. We publish nothing about your result unless you agree, and even then without your name.
• When you attend a recorded session: the recording may include your voice, your video if your camera is on, your display name and anything you type in the chat.
• Automatically: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We do not receive your Google password.

If you ask for a sign-in code and do not finish signing up, we keep your email address, the name you gave and how you reached the site for 30 days, so we can send you one reminder email. We do not keep a password or the code.

Why we use it

To create and manage your account, deliver the courses you have booked, send you joining details, issue certificates, process payments, keep accounting records, answer your enquiries, send the newsletter if you have subscribed, tell you if a session is rescheduled, and keep the site secure.

If you send us your CV, we use it to match you to client requirements, and share it with a prospective employer only with your agreement for that specific role. We do not circulate CVs speculatively.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the business, covering website hosting, database and file storage, email delivery, and payment processing. They only receive what they need to provide their service, and they are not permitted to use it for anything else.

Some of these providers operate outside the UAE and India. Where information leaves the country you are in, we take reasonable steps to ensure it stays protected to a comparable standard.

We also share information where the law requires it, and with our professional advisers where necessary.

Cookies and local storage

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site - which pages are viewed, general location, and device type. It knows your browser by a random identifier rather than by your name or email address. When you place an order we keep that identifier with the order, so that a payment we confirm later - a bank transfer, for example - can be counted against the visit that led to it; this lets us, though not Google, connect that browsing to your order. We send Google the order number, the amount and what was bought, never your name, email address or contact details. Google Analytics sets its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy.

We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used - clicks, scrolling and the parts of a page people read - so we can see where a page is confusing. Clarity sets its own cookies under Microsoft’s privacy statement.

We keep one cookie of our own, for 90 days, noting how you first arrived at this site and how you most recently arrived - for example from a search engine, LinkedIn, an AI assistant or a link in an email. It holds only the name of the website that sent you (never the full address you came from), the page you landed on, and any campaign tag on the link. When you sign up, send us an enquiry, subscribe or join a waitlist, that note is saved with it, so we can tell which channels bring students. It is not used for advertising and is not shared.

We store a sign-in token in your browser so you stay signed in between visits, and a small amount of security data to protect your account. Both are necessary for the site to work, so they cannot be switched off. Clearing them through your browser settings will sign you out.

When you log in we also keep a record of that session - the browser and device type, the approximate network address and when it was last used - and a second cookie of our own, for one year, that identifies your browser. We use these only to keep your account secure and to enforce the limit of 3 devices signed in to one account at once; you can see and sign out your devices from your dashboard.

If you sign in with Google, Google may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete information we no longer need, stop using it for a particular purpose, send you a copy, or withdraw your consent for the newsletter or for recruitment.

Email info@excellenceintegrity.com with the subject Data request. We will reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first.

We must keep accounting records and certificates we have issued regardless.

Security

We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and access controls that limit who in our team can see what. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal information we will tell you, and the relevant authority where required.

Our services are for working professionals and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. If a change materially affects you, we will email you.
