Who we are

Excellence Integrity Management ("EIM", "we") provides inspection, asset integrity, training and recruitment services to the oil and gas industry.

This website is operated by Excellence Integrity Management L.L.C-FZ, Business Centre 1, M-Floor, The Meydan Hotel, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. Where a service is invoiced by Excellence Integrity Management India Pvt. Ltd. (Bengaluru), that company is responsible for the information relating to that transaction.

What we collect

• When you contact us or book something: your name, email address, phone number, and where relevant your company and job title.
• When you send us your CV: your professional background and the certifications you hold.
• When you buy a course: a payment reference and the amount. We do not store card numbers.
• When you use your account: the courses you have bought, the question banks you have accessed, the batches you attended, and certificates issued to you.
• When you attend a recorded session: the recording may include your voice, your video if your camera is on, your display name and anything you type in the chat.
• Automatically: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We do not receive your Google password.

Why we use it

To create and manage your account, deliver the courses you have booked, send you joining details, issue certificates, process payments, keep accounting records, answer your enquiries, send the newsletter if you have subscribed, tell you if a session is rescheduled, and keep the site secure.

If you send us your CV, we use it to match you to client requirements, and share it with a prospective employer only with your agreement for that specific role. We do not circulate CVs speculatively.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the business, covering website hosting, database and file storage, email delivery, and payment processing. They only receive what they need to provide their service, and they are not permitted to use it for anything else.

Some of these providers operate outside the UAE and India. Where information leaves the country you are in, we take reasonable steps to ensure it stays protected to a comparable standard.

We also share information where the law requires it, and with our professional advisers where necessary.

Cookies and local storage

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site - which pages are viewed, general location, and device type. It does not identify you individually. Google Analytics sets its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy.

We store a sign-in token in your browser so you stay signed in between visits, and a small amount of security data to protect your account. Both are necessary for the site to work, so they cannot be switched off. Clearing them through your browser settings will sign you out.

If you sign in with Google, Google may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete information we no longer need, stop using it for a particular purpose, send you a copy, or withdraw your consent for the newsletter or for recruitment.

Email info@excellenceintegrity.com with the subject Data request. We will reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first.

We must keep accounting records and certificates we have issued regardless.

Security

We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and access controls that limit who in our team can see what. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal information we will tell you, and the relevant authority where required.

Our services are for working professionals and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. If a change materially affects you, we will email you.
