Who we are
EIM works on both sides of asset integrity — the services delivered to operators, and the certification that qualifies the engineers doing the work.
Most companies in this market do one or the other. An inspection agency sells inspector days. A training provider sells courses. The gap between them is where problems live: inspectors who hold a certificate but have never seen the damage mechanism it describes, and integrity reports written by people who have never had to defend one to a regulator.
We run both, deliberately. The engineers who carry out inspection and integrity assignments are the same people who write and deliver our certification training. That means the training uses field examples rather than textbook ones, and the field work is done by people who know how the code is examined rather than only how it is applied.
For an operator that translates into something practical: you can bring us in to do the work, to build the capability in your own team, or to supply the people — and get the same technical standard in all three.
We work from Dubai and Bengaluru, drawing on an inspector and instructor network spread across the region. That is what lets us put someone local to a vendor’s works rather than flying a person in and billing you for the travel.
