Instructor Bio: Mr. K. Riyazuddin Ahmed is a highly experienced Rotating Equipment professional with over 36 years of expertise in refinery maintenance, equipment reliability, and field supervision. He served as a Senior Rotating Equipment Supervisor at Qatar Energy – Mesaieed Refinery from 1998 to 2023, where he was responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection, and reliability improvement of critical rotating equipment. Prior to this, he worked as a Senior Field Supervisor at Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) from 1987 to 1998, gaining extensive experience in refinery operations and maintenance. Throughout his career, he has specialized in pumps, compressors, turbines, mechanical seals, condition monitoring, maintenance planning, and equipment troubleshooting. With decades of hands-on industrial experience across leading Middle Eastern refineries, Mr. Ahmed brings practical insights and real-world case studies to his training programs, helping professionals enhance their technical knowledge and maintenance best practices.
