Why Enroll in the Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) Training Course?

Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) is one of the most significant integrity challenges affecting insulated piping, pressure vessels, storage tanks, and process equipment across oil & gas, petrochemical, LNG, and power generation facilities. Undetected moisture trapped beneath insulation can lead to severe corrosion, equipment failures, unplanned shutdowns, and substantial maintenance costs.

This comprehensive training program provides engineers with practical knowledge of CUI mechanisms, water ingress pathways, inspection planning, damage assessment, non-destructive testing (NDT), coating systems, insulation selection, and integrity management strategies. Participants will understand how to identify high-risk areas, evaluate corrosion damage, and implement effective mitigation programs using internationally recognized engineering practices.

Through real industrial case studies and expert-led discussions, participants will gain the skills required to reduce corrosion-related failures, improve equipment reliability, enhance plant safety, and extend the operational life of critical assets. This course is highly recommended for professionals involved in mechanical integrity, inspection engineering, corrosion management, reliability engineering, maintenance planning, and asset integrity management.
