Refund Policy

At Excellence Integrity Management, we strive to ensure our participants have a seamless and rewarding experience. Below is our policy regarding refunds for training courses:

Eligibility for Refunds

1. Participant-Initiated Cancellation: If a participant wishes to cancel their enrollment, they must notify us via email at refund@excellenceintegrity.com at least 48 hours prior to the course start time. A follow-up notification must also be sent via phone to our support number.

2. Cancellation by Excellence Integrity Management: If we cancel a course for any reason, participants are entitled to a 100% refund of the paid amount.

Conditions and Deductions

1. For participant-initiated cancellations, a small deduction for payment gateway charges will be applied.
2. Partial Refunds: Partial refunds are not available, as the courses are conducted live and require advance planning and resources.

Refund Process

1. Refund Timeline: Refunds if approved, Refunds are processed and credited within 3-5 working days after receiving the refund request.
2. Refund Method: Refunds will be transferred to the bank account details provided by the participant.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email your refund request to refund@excellenceintegrity.com with the following details:
  – Full Name
  – Course Name
  – Payment Reference Number
  – Bank Account Details (for refund)
2. Inform our support team via phone after submitting your email request to ensure a smooth process.

Important Notes

  • Refund requests sent after the 48-hour cancellation window will not be accepted.
  • Refunds are only applicable for payments made directly to Excellence Integrity Management.
